1. Shipping Fee

Generally, we provide relatively fast free shipping. If some countries or items require very expensive logistics fees, we will inform you in advance. Please be aware that due to the pandemic, shipping has had huge delays. For example, as of 3. April 2022, some cities in China went to complete lockdown, and those cities were cities that we use when shipping internationally. 

2. Shipping Methods

We have DHL, EMS, UPS, USPS, ARAMEX, FEDEX and so on. Usually, we choose the fastest and most efficient, but at the same time safest, logistics company. If you would like a certain express shipping, you can tell us, but please be aware that it might cost a bit more (around $15-20 more per package)

3. Shipping/Tracking:

Shipping time is about 7-25 days on average; sometimes less (2 days) and sometimes more due to some delays such as the COVID-19. At the moment, it averages at 10 business days.

4. Customs and import fees/duty:

When shipping, we make sure to use methods so that you do not have to pay any import fees or anything of that kind. Unfortunately, sometimes (maybe 0.1% of the time), you still have to pay import fees regardless (around $20 then). Sadly, we cannot be held responsible for that and that has to be paid. Nonetheless, we always try to declare the packages under the country’s tax-threshold if that's possible, but sometimes declaring the package too low means that it will most likely be seized, and hence somtimes we cannot do it

5. Returns/exchanges:

We do not offer any returns or exchanges. Therefore, please carefully pick your sizing and the color you wish. Our products (e.g. shoes) are true to size as the real pairs and my sizing is in US men, meaning that even if a shoe was a women's shoe release, such as the Off-White Air Jordan 4, you pick your "mens size" on the website regardless. For Nike, the men to women difference is 1.5, so a lady whose size is 7.5 (womens) is a 6 in mens sizing.

6. Insurance Service; 10$/item

The insurance service basically saves you a headache. If you’re worried about the customs checking your shoes and asking for any documents, or that your shoes might be seized if you live in a Country like Germany or Portugal, then purchase the Insurance service and take it easy. With the insurance service, we will do everything to make sure that you receive your shoes. If they ask for a proof of payment, we will supply you with a proof of payment that will work, and if they even seize the shoes or anything, we will still supply you with another pair of kicks at no extra cost!

7. Triangle shipping

For those of you who would rather fully avoid customs, we offer a triangle shipping option. Triangle shipping means that we ship your parcel to our Agent in Europe, who then reships it to you. Packages shipped from within Europe don't get inspected in other european countries like those coming from China. Triangle shipping takes more time and has extra fees, which differ from country to country. When purchasing an item, you can choose triangle shipping for your country and see how much it costs. 

8. Ordering Process

1) All orders are processed within 1-10 business days. Some special products need to be produced or might be out of stock, which takes longer. We will inform you right away if the items you purchased are out of stock.

2) We will send QC pictures to you in your account on the website.

3) Check the tacking number on your account on the website a couple of days after you tell us to ship.

9. Where are you based?

China

Further notes：

1) We need about 2-5 days to process your order and send you Quality Check pictures. You can find the Quality Check pictures in your account once it's available.

2) After we have shipped, it takes 3-5 business days for the shipping company's system to update the logistics information of the parcel (in order assure that your parcel will arrive safely, we ship the parcel to the transfer point first and then to you, which takes time of course.) You can find the tracking number on our website in your account. 

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
